Starting at Auto Armor in October 2022, I quickly fell in love with car detailing. If you know me you can attest that I love cleaning and I love working on cars. Detailing vehicles allowed me to discover my hidden love of Car Detailing.
As a kid, I always like to have a clean room. For any cleaning task around the house, I would hop on it and get into the zone. I grew up with some farm animals, which taught me patience and the importance of maintenance cleaning rather than one big clean monthly.
When I got my first car, my parents bought me an Armor All detailing bucket kit. I used that kit until it was empty the very first week of owning my first car. I always tried to take pride in keeping my cars clean and operable. Then after getting into college, I went away from car detailing and tried to find a more suitable path where I could get a degree.
Throughout my schooling, none of the 12 jobs that I experienced ever really gave me the satisfaction that I found after detailing my first client’s car. This was the first moment that I really felt like I could make a direct change in somebody’s life while spending time doing something that I love doing and finally have a passion for.
This has taught me to not settle for just a 9-5 job because it is the easy route but to do something that you are passionate about regardless of how hard it may seem. If you take life step by step, it becomes a lot easier to achieve the life that you have always wanted. Remember, perfection takes time.
